Applications have opened today for the Queensland Government’s Active Restart Infrastructure Recovery Fund, which will provide $15.5 million in funding to not-for-profit sport and recreation organisations.
The Active Restart Infrastructure Recovery Fund will provide funding of up to $20,000 per organisation for minor upgrades, repairs or maintenance works and equipment to assist in re-engaging Queenslanders in physical activity.
Queensland clubs are encouraged to apply for the funding, with applications closing at 5pm on August 7, 2020.
Read the Active Restart Infrastructure Recovery Fund guidelines for more detail about funding priorities and program requirements.
Queensland Government’s priority will be to share funding equally between Regional and South East Queensland, across activities and on those projects that will benefit as many clubs and participants as possible.
