Frequently Asked Questions
What age group do I need to register my child in? If your child is aged U9 – U12 then you will need to register them in the Skills Acquisition Program (SAP). If your child is U13 – U16 they will need to be registered for the Technical Support Program (TSP).
Is there a fee involved for my child to participate in the trial? No, the trials are free.
Do I need to register my child before the trial date? Yes, it’s important that parents/carers register their child before the trial date so the coordinators can make sure there are enough Coaches on the day.
What if my child can only attend one of the trial dates? it is in the best interest of players to attend both trial sessions as this gives the coaches enough time to assess players. Not attending both sessions could reduce a players chance in being shortlisted. Its important to let the program coordinator know in advance if your child won’t be attending both sessions.
